Desirable : Experience in Geophysical data processing / Programming in Matlab, Fortran/C/C++ / Experience in Seismological data processing / Experience in Electromagnetics / Magnetics / Experience in Air-borne / land geophysical EM methods, theory, data acquisition, processing and interpretation using software packages like Arhus workbench, Geosoft etc.
