Job Description
Project Associate Chemical Engg. Job vacancies in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar
Eligibility : B.Tech in Chemical Engineer from IIT/NIT and have experience of industrial effluent
treatment for the dye and textile industries. The candidate should have knowledge on
COD and TDS reduction using advanced techniques and its scale up including the
required design of the process. Candidate should know to handle several instruments for
the water testing such as ICP-OES, UV-Vis, TOC, FTIR and water quality measuring
technique such as COD, TDS, pH, BOD etc.
Desirable: Good oral and written communication skills with capacity to work in a team.
Candidates who have prior experience in the dye / textile water treatment ad scale up
experience along with the above mentioned instruments will be preferred.
Consolidated Monthly Pay: Rs. 18,000/- to 23,000/-
Mode of Selection:
The shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination /interview. The final
selection of candidates will be decided on his / her merit and performance in the
interview / written test or both the tests.
