Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling telecom projects (e.g., network rollout, 4G/5G upgrades)
Coordinate with internal teams (RF engineers, field technicians, vendors, contractors)
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
Monitor resource allocation and material availability (cables, equipment, etc.)
Liaise with clients, vendors, and government authorities for permits and approvals
Identify risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager
Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and safety standards
Support billing, invoicing, and cost tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
1–4 years of experience in telecom or project coordination (freshers may qualify for junior roles)
Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, BTS, towers, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with telecom projects (FTTH, 4G/5G rollout)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with tools like Primavera, Jira, or SAP
Vendor management experience
