Job Description
Coordinate with internal purchase team & accounts team on a daily basis. Conduct Kick Off Meetings once the new order has been issued , share the minutes of meeting by email to all the stakeholders . Closely follow up with the internal team / stakeholders in order to complete all the project related milestones on time . Conduct Weekly meeting with the internal purchase team on material dispatches , escalate the delays on dispatches to the management accordingly . Closely work with the dealers , internal projects team & maintenance team on the daily site requirements & arrange the necessary materials on time . Arrange contractors based on the scope of work & release work order within the cost considered by the costing team.
