Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Product Architecture and Planning
- Oversee the product life cycle of multiple tasks from initiation, testing to production
- Identify gaps and implement management processes to improve the productivity
- Analyze project related problems and suggest innovative solutions
- Ensure all documentation including design document, change requests and release notes are maintained
- Ensure all releases are planned, tested and on time
- At least 7 years’ experience in software development including 2 years’ experience responsible for project delivery;
- Exposure to Java, E-R, MySQL
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment;
- Passionate about R&D, new tools and technologies;
- Good understanding of various design patterns and its applicability in actual scenarios;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Excellent leadership in managing and motivating staff including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team
- Self Starter, Self Managed and Quick Learner
- Able to perform under pressure
- Mature and Sincere.
