Job Description
Supervision of day-to-day site activities and workforce.
Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Planning and monitoring daily work progress to achieve project targets.
Material inspection, verification, and quantity checking.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and project specifications.
Maintaining quality standards and ensuring work execution as per approved drawings.
Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.
Preparing daily progress reports, inspection reports, and site documentation.
Coordinating testing and commissioning activities.
Identifying and resolving site execution issues.
Supporting installation and inspection of mechanical and utility services.
Maintaining effective communication between site teams and management.
Supervision of commercial and industrial gas pipeline installation activities.
Coordination of commercial and industrial gas pipeline testing, commissioning, and system handover.
Management of system commissioning activities, including Flushing, Pneumatic Testing, Purging, and Gas Charging.
Preparation and implementation of Daily Work Plans (DWP) by identifying critical activities, allocating resources, and
minimizing project delays.
