Qualification : 1.
M.A. Buddhist Studies with not less than 55% marks or Equivalent CGPA (not less
than 50% in case of SC/ST) or M.Phil. in Buddhist Studies.
Desirable : I. Experience in Sanskrit based Mahayana and
Vajrayana Buddhism; Himalayan Buddhism: Continuity and Change; Theravada
Buddhism
Fellowship : 1. NET qualified - Rs. 16,000/- p.m. for
initial 2 years and Rs. 18,000/- p.m. for the third year. 2. Non-NET- Rs.
14,000/- p.m. for initial 2 years and Rs. 16,000/- p.m. for the third year.
Age Limit : Under 40 yrs
Selection Procedure : Written Examination/ Interview
