Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on being a single point of contact for clients on everything related to website maintenance and management
2. Meeting with clients to refine and evaluate technical requirements, features, strategy, and content needs
3. Analyzing client needs and creating the required documentation, proposals, and briefs
4. Delegating work and assignments to the offshore team
5. Collaborating with the team through any technical issues and challenges
6. Implementing the best practices and automation techniques
7. Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis on the agreed metrics
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer technology or related field
2. Proficiency in English is a must
3. Strong Excel skills
4. A self-starter with a passion for learning who can work both individually and in a cooperative team environment
5. Basic knowledge of web analytics platforms, CMS systems, campaign automation, and digital marketing solutions or digital marketing strategies
6. Ability to multitask, able to give clear instructions, set expectations as per the requirements, troubleshoot, and propose technical solutions
7. Excellent understanding of current web and mobile app development and deployment
