- Should drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities He/She have the zeal to explore new domains, and especially to understand technology in great depth Should monitor progress while managing multiple parallel projects, anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management
- Should be able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team inter dependencies for complex systems.
