Day-to-day responsibilities would be to:
Candidate Who:
Day-to-day responsibilities would be to:
- Conduct research on the subject matter of training that needs to be developed into a game
- Gain a through understanding of the content and end users of training
- Brainstorm storylines and game elements that could go into the training
- Weave the storyline and educational content together into a game script with dialogues and narration
- Brainstorm visuals that would go into the game - backgrounds, characters, collectibles
- Discuss requirements with vendors and oversee the work being done by them
- Share work with the clients for feedback
- Get revisions made and deliver the final educational game to the clients
Candidate Who:
- Has graduation in any background may apply
- Can write well in English and likes writing
- Can grasp training subject matter fast
- Can break down and structure training content logically
- Can come up with ideas to weave content into a game like a story
- Can come up with ideas for game visuals - backgrounds, characters, etc.
- Pays attention to detail and has a strong work ethic
- Has relevant skills and interests
