Job Description
- To meet all communication skills applicable for this position.
- To manage guest house management services.
- To manage canteen operations volume of 400 to 1000 meals per time.
- To maintain good relationship with the client.
- To manage the basic and mandatory HR practices at the project.
- To manage the site with best cost control management and practices.
- To manage the suppliers and establishing best store management practices at the project.
- To set the Health safety practices as governed under HACCP and FSSAI.
- Timely submission of invoices for the services rendered under the scope of work and collect payments on time.
- To set service culture and standard for better experience of the service user.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Strategy:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Identify project milestones and set realistic deadlines for each phase.
2. Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead cross-functional project teams and delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address concerns, and keep the team aligned.

Promote collaboration and motivate teams to deliver high performance.

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder project execution.
3. Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.

Forecast project resource requirements and work with department heads for allocation.

Optimize use of available resources for efficient project delivery.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or meetings.

Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, vendors, and team members.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Execution and Quality Assurance:

Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs.

Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Implement corrective actions when projects deviate from plans.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture best practices.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
