Actively promote products or services in designated areas such as malls, retail outlets, supermarkets, events, or outdoor locations.

Explain key features, benefits, and usage of the products to potential customers.

Offer live demonstrations and answer customer queries to encourage purchases.

Sales Execution:

Convert product demonstrations and interactions into sales by closing deals on the spot.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader.

Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.

Customer Engagement:

Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Build a rapport with customers and understand their needs to suggest suitable products.

Handle objections or concerns with confidence and provide appropriate solutions.

Inventory and Display Management:

Ensure that promotional displays and product booths are set up neatly and attractively.

Monitor and replenish stock regularly during promotions to avoid shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the promotional area.

Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback from customers regarding product experience and preferences.

Report customer responses, suggestions, and complaints to the supervisor or marketing team.

Share ideas to improve future promotional campaigns and sales techniques.

Campaign Support:

Participate in marketing events, product launches, or roadshows as directed.
