National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) invites application for the position Psychiatric Nursing Trainer

Essential Qualification for Eligibility: MSc Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized university
Desirable Qualifications:
i. Training from institute of reputes Proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, Power point, videos, google drive, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)
ii,. Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member Experience in the training of caregivers, public health staff Experience in geriatric care, mental health care, dementia care settings Proficiency in multiple languages will be preferable (Hindi/ Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam) Willingness to stay in the Sakalavara Community Mental Health Centre, NIMHANS
Work location: Sakalavara Community Mental Health Centre NIMHANS, Bengaluru with intermittent travel to the implementation sites across India
Duration of the post: 1 Year Initial appointment will be made for a period of 6 months which will be extendable for six more months depending upon the satisfactory performance of the candidate
Salary: 40,000 INR per month
Age Limit: Upper age limit: 40 years
