Job Description
PR intern
- contribute to integrated communications campaigns.
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, media, vendors
- communicating with target audiences and managing media relationships
- sourcing editorial opportunities and placing press releases, stories in the media
- managing the production of communication materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, social media
- writing and proofreading copy
- photo shoots
- arranging the effective distribution of press releases
- maintaining and updating media databases
- organising events
- sourcing and securing speakership opportunities
- conducting market research
- contributing to, and developing, plans and strategies
- monitoring competitor activity
- supporting the manager and other colleagues.
