Job Description
Applications are for one position of Senior Research Fellow @ Rs.31,000/- PM fixed + 16% HRA & for 1st and 2nd year & Rs.35,000/- p.m. fixed + 16% HRA for 3rd year in the scheme “Consortia for Research Platform (CRP) in biofortification in selected crops for nutritional security - Wheat’, ICAR-89 (PC 2306)” in Wheat Section for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

3. Educational Qualifications:-
B.Sc.(Agri.)/B.Sc.(Hort.)/B.Sc.(Forestry)/B.Sc.(Medical) B.Sc.(Biotechnology) with minimum OCPA 6.0/10.0 basis or 60 % marks.
M.Sc. Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Life Sciences (with research/project on crop plants) with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.0 basis or 65 % marks.
Note-1: The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.
Note-II: Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with three years Bachelor’s degree must have NET qualification and two years research experience. However, Ph.D candidates are exempted from this condition. The candidates should ensure that they fulfill the qualifications by the last date of submission of application.
Note-III:Desirable: Experience/ Research work in relevant field.
