Job Description
Preparing purchase order and sending to respective supplier.
• Procurement of material at best possible cost, quality, reliability and design standard.
• Prepare schedule for RM requirement & communicate with respective supplier.
• Tracking orders & ensuring timely deliveries.
• Establish working partnership & good relation with vendors.
• New components development at our strategic vendor
• Resolve queries related to procurement with Store, Qc & Accounts ondaily basis.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
• Creating po and send related vendor and follow up for material, Purchasing material from
local sources as per requirement.
• I have good knowledge of purchasing SS material
