Job Description

1. Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business needs.

2. Sourcing and selecting vendors, negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

3. Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams, and issuing purchase orders accurately.

4. Evaluating supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining records.

5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

6. Preparing regular reports on procurement metrics and trends

7. Having exposure in procurement of Raw Material and general purchase of Pharma plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination.
Knowledge of purchasing processes, supply chain practices, and procurement software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage suppliers effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle), and email correspondence.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
