The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services essential to the organization’s operations. This entry-level role ensures timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering strong vendor relationships. The Purchase Executive collaborates closely with internal departments such as production, stores, accounts, and logistics to meet operational and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify reliable suppliers and source required materials, equipment, and services in line with company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and favorable terms.
