Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to oversee procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
Issue purchase orders and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyze market trends to forecast demand and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Handle supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement software systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Mail Communication, etc.).
