2. Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses
3. Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collecting processes
4. Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
5. Work to improve purchasing systems and processes
6. Train new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system
