Job Summary/Summary OF POSITION

• Executive- Quality Assurance responsible to ensure Quality of the products and ensure that all procedures are followed

Essential Functions

• Preparation and Review of all QA documentation like BMR/BPR/Process validation protocols and reports. 
• Review of Finished product analytical test records and release. 
• Issuance and retrieval of BPCR/MPCR/ECR/SOP/Specification/MOA/logbooks and other controlled documents. 
• Verification of re-packing and co-ordination for dispatch with WH/QC and Production. Participation in investigation of customer complaints and CAPA. 
• Participation of OOS investigation. 
• Plant round to monitor the work in compliance manner.

Technical Experience

• Preparation of APQR. Should have knowledge on equipment Qualification. Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure.
• Department Specific/On-going Functions
• Knowledge about working with SAP (QM Module). Prior Knowledge about Document Management system.
• Education

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• M. Sc./B. Sc Biotechnology
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Experience

• 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance including cGMP, ISO and regulatory Audits.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance in API / Formulation
• Basic computer Knowledge.
