QA Software Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Software Engineer to join our development team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and ensuring that products meet both functional and non-functional requirements before release.
Key Responsibilities:-
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Perform manual testing and/or automated testing to ensure the quality of software products.

Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

Conduct regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and resolve issues.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to test automation framework development and CI/CD integration (if automation-focused).

Maintain test documentation and prepare reports on defects and test results.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
