QRE Inspector Job in Autoliv India Private Limited. at Ahmedabad

Core Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks on incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products against engineering blueprints and specifications. [1, 2]

• Reliability & Stress Testing: Conduct environmental and stress testing (such as thermal cycling, vibration, and durability testing) to simulate long-term product use and identify potential wear-and-tear failures. [1]

• Defect Isolation & Containment: Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming or defective materials to prevent them from moving down the production line. [1, 2]

• Data & Compliance Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of pass/fail metrics, generate inspection reports, and ensure all processes align with regulatory and company standards (such as ISO 9001). [1, 2, 3]

• Root-Cause Analysis: Work alongside Quality and Reliability Engineers to investigate recurring failures, using data to help implement permanent corrective actions
