BPO Quality Analyst (Recorded call monitoring)
· Minimum 1 year to 3 years BPO inbound Process Experience Required.
· Qualification : Under Graduate or 2nd PUC,
· Non Voice Process Offline Recorded Call Monitoring
· Qualification Under Graduate/Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
· Languages – English and Hindi
· Pure Day Shift – 9 AM TO 6 PM
· Working – 5 days Workings a Week. Pure Day Shift.
· Location : Bangalore MG Road & Austin Town
· Salary Rs. 15000/- to 23000/- CTC Per Month.( Including Provident Fund)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Recorded calls audit of the agent with all client provided parameter’s Explain:- Opening call & Closer Greeting, Account Verification, Contact Information Confirmation, Problem Solving Abilities, Protocol Compliance, Call Handling Skills, Customer Service Quality, Call Center Etiquette & Follow-up.
