Very good in QA testing manual and automation both good IQ level, day for night shift,immediate joining,
Candidate with working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and basics of SQL queries will be preferred
Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration
Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organizations
Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives
Be an example and a technical resource to the team
Develop project proposals
