Job Title / Designation:  Quality Analyst / Sr. Quality Analyst

 Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

• Ability to verify the proofs and data provided to ensure the authenticity of the information.
  
• Ability to correct grammatical errors, spelling and punctuation to ensure a better quality of the content.
  
• Ability to listen to the audio and fill the report (content) received from the Auditors/Freelancer. 
• Develop and rewrite the content provided in the Audio.
• Achieve Daily targets to meet project deadlines.
  
• Interacting with the Auditors/ Freelancer through calls to clarify the doubts about the report and to close the incomplete/Pending Reports.
  
• Analytical thinking - Understand the discrepancy reasons to have better controls on the error.

• Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 – 4 years
• Annual CTC: 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA (basis last drawn salary & work experience)
  
• Location(s) of Job: Bangalore           
  
• Minimum Education Requirements:  Any graduate
• No of rounds of Interviews: 5 (Telephonic, Online Editing test, HR, Operations Head , MD)
  
• Work Timings: Monday – Saturday (10 am – 6:30 pm)
  
• Travel & Allowance: N/A
• Languages: Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English, should be able to speak in Hindi

• Any other skill set:  Flexible working in weekends, if required
