Job Description
- Quality Assurance QA & Quality Control QC
- Coordinate with customer departments (Subcontract, Engineering, Quality & Assembly) for Drawings, Job defects if any, NCR if any Preparation of preliminary inspection report (PIR), Job inspection and Despatch within committed delivery date.
- Smooth and friendly dealing with machine shop operators, helpers, maintenance people and customers to get work done.
- Plan calibration of measuring instruments within due date
- Any other work allotted by management from time to time including but not limited to production planning, job scheduling, leave management, safety of man and machine, study drawings and see job physically to identify if it can be done on our machines, estimating machining hours, quoting prices and delivery dates competitively, prepare indent for monthly purchases etc.
- Has good work attitude & fits with SPPPL work atmosphere. Is open and shares information easily.
