- Experience: 2 to 3 years (Experience in paint manufacturing is required)
- Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
- Ensuring quality control in paint manufacturing
- Conducting product testing and maintaining quality standards
- Supporting production teams with technical expertise
Quality Control & Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures in manufacturing.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product quality.
- Maintain quality records and documentation as per ISO standards.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify defects, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Work closely with the production team to improve manufacturing processes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain reports on quality checks, defects, and corrective actions.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality processes.
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation for audits.
