Hiring for Freshers – ITI & Diploma Holders (On-Roll Job) |
Location: Thirumudivakkam - Chennai
We are looking for ITI and Diploma Freshers to join our manufacturing team in Thirumudivakkam. This is a full-time, on-roll position (not a contract job) offering great career growth and job security.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspection & Quality Checks
-
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments to verify product specifications.

Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards and report them promptly.
2. Documentation & Reporting
-
Record inspection results accurately in logs, reports, or quality checklists.

Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action records.

Assist in compiling data for audits and quality reviews.
3. Process Monitoring
-
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work closely with production teams to detect quality issues early and suggest improvements.

Ensure that any non-conforming products are properly identified, isolated, and handled per quality policies.
4. Compliance & Standards
-
Ensure adherence to company quality standards, ISO certifications, and customer-specific requirements.

Support internal audits and prepare for external audits by maintaining required documentation.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) processes.
5. Equipment Maintenance
-
Ensure measuring and inspection tools are calibrated and functioning correctly.

Report any equipment malfunctions or tool damage immediately.
