* Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
* Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
* Liaisoning with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
* Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
* Travelling from the office to various sites as required.
* Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
* Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.
* Measure and value work done on site and certify payments.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.
* Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
* Monitor project expenditure and control costs.
