Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, budgeting, and financial control across multiple construction and interior projects. The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to optimize costs without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and project budgets Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking for materials and labor Review drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs Monitor project costs, track variations, and control budget deviations Handle client billing, vendor billing, and certification processes Manage tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and procurement support Negotiate with vendors and contractors for best pricing Conduct site visits to validate progress and cost implications Maintain cost reports, MIS, and financial documentation
Coordinate closely with design, execution, and accounts teams
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying3–7 years of experience in construction/interior projects Strong expertise in BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and contracts Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools Good understanding of market rates (materials, labor, finishes)Strong negotiation and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred
Profile: Experience in turnkey or interior fit-out projects Exposure to premium residential/commercial projects Familiarity with vendor management in Hyderabad and other cities

Pay 35k- 45k based on experience
