Position: Mobile Promoter

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile phones and related products at retail stores.

• Explain product features, specifications, prices, offers, and schemes to customers.

• Engage with customers and understand their requirements.

• Demonstrate mobile phone features and assist customers in selecting suitable products.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Generate sales through effective customer interaction and product demonstration.

• Maintain proper product display and ensure adequate stock availability.

• Coordinate with store staff and the company sales team.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and offers in the market.

• Maintain daily sales and stock reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and support.

Candidate Eligibility

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in mobile sales, retail sales, telecom, electronics, or consumer durables will be preferred.

• Age: 18–35 years

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude and sales-oriented mindset.

• Presentable personality.

• Comfortable working in a retail/store environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Net per month

• Performance-based incentives may be applicable.

• Other benefits as per company policy.
