Job Description
Source potential clients via cold calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and referrals.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings and site visits.
Client Interaction & Need Analysis
Conduct face-to-face and telephonic discussions to understand clients' requirements, budget, and location preferences.
Property Presentation & Site Visits
Conduct property tours; present key features, USPs, pricing, and project amenities.
Sales Coordination & Closure Support
Coordinate with the internal sales team to prepare proposals, pricing, and assist in negotiation and closure.
CRM & Follow-ups
