As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you'll be an important part of the team responsible for boosting sales and forming customer relationships. Your main duties will be:
- Making outbound calls to find potential customers and learning about their unique needs in the real estate market.
- Setting up meetings with customers and providing tailored solutions that fit their specific requirements.
- Showing properties and helping customers narrow down their options based on their needs.
- Providing professional advice and guidance based on your knowledge and experience.
- Following up with potential customers and ensuring successful sales.
- Addressing any post-sale concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keeping accurate records of leads using CRM.
- Building strong relationships with developers to ensure the best properties are available for customers.
- Providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your expertise in real estate sales is highly valued as you play a critical role in driving sales and forming lasting customer relationships.
The salary range for this position is Rs. 19,000 to Rs. 32,000.
