Telecaller for PS and MS Group:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Outbound Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Explain company products/services clearly and professionally Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales (if applicable) Maintain accurate call records and customer information Handle customer objections and questions effectively Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Required Skills

Position for PS and MS group Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data
Handle key accounts and assist with complex negotiations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
