Role Description

As a Real Estate Sourcing Manager - Commercial, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring Channel Partners. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to ensure favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential commercial real estate Channel Partners through market research and networking and onboarding them..
• Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners, and other industry professionals.
• Driving and Generate business through the Channel Accounts.
• Negotiate and structure deals to achieve favorable terms and maximize returns on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and asset management, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or investment analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing commercial real estate deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

Relevant skills that would be beneficial for the role include proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and an ability to work independently.
