Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
- Use leads generated by Telecalling for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc.).
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developers for any clarification required for that.
- Be compliant with operations process.
- Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management.
- Good Communication Skills, Conversant in all the three languages.
- Interest and inclination to do sales.
- High level of Passion and Ownership and target orientation.
- Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch
- Property solutions to Prospects.
- Good lead generation ideas and skills to get more business
