Job Description

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create rebar shop drawings.

Design and detail reinforcement for concrete structures (e.g., foundations, walls, slabs, beams).

Develop bar bending schedules and material takeoffs.

Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD,).

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design issues.

Ensure compliance with ACI (American Concrete Institute) codes and industry standards.

Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain project documentation and revision control.

Strong understanding of rebar design principles and industry standards .

Experience with rebar detailing software

Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate architectural and structural components seamlessly.
