Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and confident Receptionist & Telecaller to manage our front desk, handle calls, assist visitors, and support basic administrative activities.
Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Make outgoing calls and follow up with customers/leads when required.
Handle basic enquiries and direct calls to the concerned person.
Maintain visitor, call, and customer records.
Coordinate with employees and management.
Handle basic office documents, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Provide basic information about company services to customers.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Good telephone etiquette.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional, friendly, and responsible attitude.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
