Receptionist cum Counsellor Job in Arose Education at Noida

• We require Receptionist cum Counsellor for our Coaching Institute. 
• Keeping in ming the strong reputation of the institute she needs to handle day to day operations of the Institute with utmost care and responsibility. 
• She has to Counsel the students and follow up regularly and strongly to turn the leads. She needs to handling the front office desk, calls, visitors, parents and Students. 
• She has to make schedules of classes and Arrange Classes by coordinating with Student & Faculty. 
  

The job responsibility will be to handle the day to day operations of the Institute.

• Enroll and Counsel the students in Coaching Students
• Regular and strong followups to turn the leads
• Handling the phone calls
• Maintaining the office records
• Managing schedules of classes .
• Arrange Classes by coordinating with Student & Faculty
• Handling the front office desk, calls, visitors, guest and Students.
• Maintain Attendance records (Faculty and Students)
• Maintaining files and records of students

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
  
• Pleasing personality having good communication skills to counsel student admissions.
  
• Should be able to handle centre independently.
  
• English Proficiency
  
• Computer knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel is a must.
