Job Description
Role & Responsibilitiesof Front Desk
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Helping members with meeting room bookings, plan changes, basic internet, and printer troubleshooting etc.
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate person
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Very good written & verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Customer service attitude
- Maintains security by following procedures and by monitoring logbook.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person.
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/cheque/DC/acknowledgement.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Monitor office expenses and costs. (Petty cash)
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed
- Supervising Housekeeping and Security operations
