Job Description :-
- Operate telephone system, receive / direct / relay telephone messages and handle fax messages.
- Greet visitors and employees courteously and cater for their specific requests, needs and complaints.
- Arrange and assist in telephonic conference calls.
- Making travel and guest arrangements, oversee attendance.
- Maintenance of the reception and waiting area.
- Facilitate payments of telephone and hotel bills of chairman and presidents.
- To assist in managing TARA shop sales counter whenever required.
- Timely payments of all utility bills.
Desirable Attributes :-
- Should have good communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
