Job Description
1) Open/close office-cum-workshop premises on working days
2) Take customer calls (Bengali, Hindi) and send estimates (by WhatsApp or Email) for repairs
3) Connect customers with Technician
4) Co-ordinate cleaning person and office needs (water, wi-fi etc.)
5) Coordinate with Technicians for delivery dates, estimates
6) Send invoice to a customer and collect payments
7) Provide regular feedback to Manager
