Job Description
Responsible front desk activities.
To be a support to business for sales requirements.
To maintain high standard of admin activities to satisfy customers.
Receive visitors in pleasant manner.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the
organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those calling in on the phone
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
Handle filing and data entry as requested
Must have good communication skill in English, Hindi
