Job Description
- Receptionist Position- Greeting Members and Visitors*: Welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with check-ins.- *Managing Appointments*: Scheduling personal training sessions, group classes, or other services.- *Handling Inquiries*: Answering phone calls and responding to questions about memberships, programs, and fees.- *Processing Payments*: Managing membership renewals, new sign-ups, and other transactions.- *Maintaining the Reception Area*: Keeping the front desk clean, organized, and presentable. Tele calling. - *Promoting Services*: Informing clients about promotions, events, or new offerings.- *Enforcing Rules*: Ensuring gym policies and safety regulations are followed.- *Resolving Complaints*: Addressing member concerns professionally and efficiently.
Timings 6am to 3 pm/1 pm to 10 pm any Good male/female personal. Salary starting 12 K Qualifications 12th Or Graduate with computer knowledge and English language
