Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.

Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.

Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in travel arrangements or other front desk tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Female candidate, preferably between

12th pass or equivalent

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.

Good time management and organizational skills.
Must be from Navi Mumbai and should be able to travel to Sanpada
