Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will handle the queries of patients and attendants and will guide them accordingly.
- Keeping general information about the Hospital, Department and key areas and persons
- Keeping information about the scope of services and current availability of Services and consultant
- Registration for new and Follow-up patient
- Explaining process and waiting time
- You will transfer patients with in the Hospital as per instruction
- Attending phone in a proper manner and communicate accordingly
- Sending the patient outside for investigation which is not available in the hospital with follow all the protocol
- To make patient status of OPD and Surgical patient
- Organize the patients and their attainder
- Make proper communication within the Hospital staff and departments
- To act as a mediator in facilitating service of the patient.
- Call to front desk in-charge in case of not handling situation
- Executing all the task assigned by HOD and other higher authority
- Route the patient and visitors accordingly
- Offer the water and other facility which Hospital is providing
- Proper keeping all the necessary documents
- To ensure for Cleanliness and other amenities time to time.
