Job Description

Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Receive and direct visitors and clients
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing.
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Maintain office supply inventories
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment & records for staff, telephones.
The candidate should be good in MS Office and should have a preference to know the Basic ofAccounting in Tally (v-look up/H-look up)
