Receptionist/Front Office Jobs - Mumbai - Zenius Advisors
Job Description
1. To be responsible for handling and maintaining the functions of the Front Office Reception Desks.
2. To ensure the delivery of high standards and courteousness to guests / visitors / candidates / all Team Members.
3. To ensure prompt and speedy resolution whilst managing the FO functions.
4. To handle all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and route them to the concerned departments and connect outbound calls i.e. Internal, Local, STD and ISD numbers.
5. To ensure that messages are noted accurately and handed over to the concerned HOD /Team Member / Department promptly.
6. To make efficient travel arrangements for the concerned management member/ HOD/ team members
To handle the back office functions such as telephone operation, programming , etc
9. To maintain and keep an update of inventory of digital telephone instruments, handsets, Analog telephone handsets, DSS extensions, etc.
10. To update the Telephone Directory from time to time.
