Job Description

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Organizes item orders by editing for price, promotions, weight compliance.
Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.
Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
